A gentle start to the New Year

A 6-week programme for times of transition and rediscovering yourself

The new year often brings pressure to reinvent ourselves - to make resolutions, to set goals, to “do better.” For many people, especially after a big life change, this pressure feels overwhelming rather than motivating.

Finding Me is a 6-week online programme beginning this January, designed for those who want to begin the year slowly, softly, and with intention - without trying to become someone else.

This is not about resolutions. This is about returning to yourself.

Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the programme.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is “Finding Me”?

Finding Me is a gentle, therapeutic 6-week programme designed to help you reconnect with yourself after a period of life transition. Through weekly sessions, reflection, and grounding practices, we create space to understand what has shifted and how to move forward with steadiness and clarity.

Who is this programme for?

This space is for you if you’ve recently experienced:

  • A move

  • A breakup

  • A job change

  • A loss

  • A shift in identity or direction

  • Or simply a sense of “I don’t quite feel like myself right now.”

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal - just the willingness to explore.

What will we explore in these 6 weeks?

We will focus on gently rebuilding connection with yourself through:

  • Reconnecting with your internal voice and values

  • Re-establishing identity after change

  • Softening self-judgment and expectations

  • Grounding and stabilizing daily routines

  • Supportive coping strategies and emotional regulation

  • Being witnessed and supported during transition

The tone throughout is soft, slow, and steady - no pressure to perform or fix.

How is the programme delivered?

Sessions are online, which means you can join from anywhere.

You can choose:

  • 1:1 sessions

  • Small group (max 6 people) for shared support and gentle reflection

What’s included?

  • 6 x 45-minute weekly online sessions

  • Weekly WhatsApp check-in (gentle reflective support)

  • Light reflection prompts and grounding practices

  • A personalised plan to continue supporting yourself after the programme

  • Option to choose 1:1 or group format

How much does it cost?

The full 6-week programme costs: R 4000

Payment plans are available - simply ask if you need one.

Why start the year this way?

January can be overwhelming. We’re told to push forward, improve ourselves, and set new expectations. But often, what we actually need is:

  • To catch up to where life has brought us

  • To breathe

  • To reflect on what has changed

  • To feel grounded again

Finding Me gives you space to begin the year with gentleness, not pressure.

What if I’m not used to talking about my feelings?

That’s okay. This programme is guided, slow, and supportive - you won’t be asked to share more than you’re ready to. You can simply show up as you are.

How do I sign up?

Because the space is intentionally small and contained, spots are limited.

A Final Word

This programme is not about becoming someone new.It is about remembering who you already are, underneath the noise, the change, and the expectations.

A soft return.A warm grounding.A gentle beginning.

If this feels like what your heart is asking for right now - I’d love to welcome you.
