RESOURCES

THE INFORMATION YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU MIGHT NEED.

THE OT PROCESS EXPLAINED

The Occupational Therapy process made readable and accessible

ASSESSMENT

Individual standardized and unstandardized assessments to determine your baseline. Assessments are done online or in-person when required

DETERMINE GOALS

Using the information gained during the assessment stage, we will look at what you would like to achieve during your time in therapy. Goals are personal and aim at improving your quality of life.

INTERVENTION

During this stage we learn new skills which support the improvement of one's quality of life. These skills can be in various areas of daily life, while being

practical and transferable

RE-EVALUATION

We will revist our goals to determine our progress and make adaptations as we go. Re-evaluation is always happening but we will formalize it at various stages.

DISCHARGE

This comes when our goals are achieved and one feels confident and capable to continue with their day-to-day life without input. Yay!
