Building a routine

Where to start...

The word routine - what does it even mean? Doing the same thing every day until we don't want to do it anymore. That sounds pretty boring, to be honest!

But routine can be one of the most helpful tools to help you get everything back on track.

You know those weeks where life feels a little bit out of control? Going to bed late, waking up early, work commitments, social commitments, no time for 'me'. We all have those.

Often, overwhelming weeks can lead to anxiety increases, stress development and an all-round negative time. This is where planning and routine development CAN help you, by making sure that the above activities don't get the better of you.

You could start but downloading this weekly planner, setting some time aside and planning for the week ahead. This could include your social & work commitments, deadlines, gym classes you want to attend, that closet you want to sort out and maybe even the meals you want to prep.

Don't let "being organized" be another thing to stress about. Click the button below and see how you can support your own weekly routine.

If you feel that this is an area of your life that you struggle with, please please please reach out and we can go through this process together.
